Foot Doctor:

Doctor Sellers will provide foot care services here at the center Septmeber 10th at 1:00 p.m. If you did not get the service the last time you can sign up. Space is limited. On the day of the service there will be a wait. Please do not make any other appoinments for that afternoon. If you register and find out you can't come please let us know so that someone else can come. You will need to have your Medicare card and any other supplemental insurance cards at time of appoinment.
