Electronic Recycling Collection

Effective immediately.  Due to the county being in compliance with North Carolina’s Electronics Recycling Law (Session Law 2010-67 Senate Bill 887) the Town will begin collecting TV’s, computers and computer equipment on Wednesdays.  TV’s, computers and computer equipment must be kept separate and placed behind the curb and not in the brown container for collection on Wednesday.  If you have any questions regarding pickup of these items, call the Public Works Department at 641-4235.
