The days surrounding Veterans Day is the appropriate time to honor members of our armed forces, veterans, first responders and all who have become heroes in our lives. It is appropriate to honor our heroes with display of the flag that they honored through their service and sacrifice. Tarboro’s Field of Honor® display of U.S. Flags brings volunteers, residents and visitors together as 500 flags are posted. This inspiring and memorable panorama of red, white and blue is hard to describe, but once experienced, it is not to be forgotten.  The Tarboro Field of Honor® flag display is a gift to the community made possible through donations, sponsorships and the efforts of many dedicated volunteers.  Anyone interested in purchasing a flag or sponsoring should contact Mike Stanley at mike@tarborocpa.com or by phone at (252) 823-3125.
